Reporting to the Head of Event Sponsorships, the Senior Sponsorship Program Manager will lead the planning, management, and fulfillment of sponsorship programs across in-person events worldwide. This role serves as a central point of coordination between sponsors, sales and partner teams, event producers, marketing stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of sponsor commitments, activations, and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced sponsorship or event marketing professional with strong program management capabilities, operational rigor, and the ability to manage multiple global event programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. The Senior Sponsorship Program Manager will partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, production, operations, communications, and leadership teams across global regions to deliver integrated sponsorship experiences that maximize partner value, strengthen strategic relationships, and contribute to the commercial success of Oracle’s Global Events portfolio.
