About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and help create memorable and successful events that align with our brand and business goals. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to large-scale marketing activations and social gatherings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including conferences, corporate meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance metrics.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluations to ensure a high-quality experience.
