About The Position
Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Specialist to support promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, marketing support, and brand representation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer proficiency.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer, or event experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional resources.
- Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
- Assist with attendee registration and event logistics.
- Maintain event schedules and organizational records.
- Represent client brands professionally during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Perform administrative duties related to event operations.
