About The Position

Manage, research, plan logistics and successfully execute a broad range of internal events from small meetings to large corporate all-hands, and company-wide social events. Collaborate with internal and external clients using the event center to help define, structure and optimize utilization of resources before, during and after the event, following the company’s standards of image, quality and service. Create, streamline, and implement internal processes for internal support resources, e.g. Catering, Security, Facilities & Janitorial. Coordinate orders or support from outside vendors and suppliers. Participate as an independent operational support resource on day-of-event. Lead post-event post-mortem analyses and discussions: sharing observations, identifying successes and areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events. Track key performance metrics and reporting to internal stakeholders. Support customer visits and executive meetings, ensuring established protocols are followed. Support day-to-day requests from the assistant community and general employee population. Assist facilities with daily support.

Requirements

  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
