Answer customer phone calls
Answer customer emails and web inquiries
Create quotes using internal booking platform
Decorate showroom
Keep showroom clean and fresh
Coordinate with Ops Manager regarding inventory requirements
Other tasks as required
Be friendly and outgoing
Must be a people person
Must be willing to help customers and coworkers solve problems
Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 9a-4p
Type at least 40wpm
Have proficient general computer skills
Must have professional and courteous communication skills
Reliable transportation
Starting at $20/hr with room to move up
