Novra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to support the preparation and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Support event schedules and day-to-day logistics
- Welcome attendees and provide general event information
- Assist with registration and guest support
- Organize event materials, supplies, and equipment
- Distribute approved promotional materials
- Work with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Monitor event activities and communicate updates to supervisors
- Assist with post-event organization and inventory
- Perform additional event-related duties as assigned
