Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and professional attitude.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
Present and explain products and services during promotional events.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
Build positive customer relationships and create engaging event experiences.
Support individual and team sales goals during events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
Participate in ongoing sales, event, and professional development training.
