About The Position

We equip college coaches with powerful data, discovery, and AI-driven evaluation tools—and give athletes and their families a clear, supportive path through the recruiting process. Every year, we serve more than a million athletes, thousands of college coaches in every sport at every level, and tens of thousands of camps, high schools, and clubs nationwide. Scorability is setting the standard for how talent and opportunity connect. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas. We are looking for an Event Specialist, Ryzer Camps - who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success. You will build strong relationships with our internal Customer Success Managers and website designers to assist coaches and event directors in marketing and managing their camps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, design, technology or related disciplines.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Experience working in a modern CRM.
  • Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product or in the technology or data industries preferred.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Confidence and familiarity with software applications, technology, and the ability to quickly learn and understand our products.

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers in executing successful camps and events by using our CMS (Content Management System) to set up online registration while applying platform expertise and best practices to ensure a user-friendly experience.
  • Update new and maintain existing custom customer websites with text and images, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely deliverables.
  • Promptly respond to customer service inquiries via our ticketing system and phone while providing world-class support in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Become a Ryzer product expert and be great at teaching others how to use it.
  • Partner with relevant internal team members in a collaborative manner, with a sense of urgency. Support team members as needed by providing coverage and assistance.
