About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in events or hospitality preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required by event setups.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate event execution.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for event schedules.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

Assist in the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces according to specifications.
Transport and arrange furniture, equipment, and decorations as needed for each event.
Work alongside event coordinators to ensure all logistics are in place prior to the event.
Set up audio-visual equipment, staging, and any necessary technical components for events.
Maintain an organized inventory of event materials and supplies, reporting any shortages or damages.
Support vendors and contractors during the setup and breakdown phases of events.
