About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is looking for energetic banquet servers to join our team and help create amazing memories for our couples on their big day! This role involves diving into event operations by setting up the venue according to event specs, ensuring every detail is exactly right for our clients. This includes arranging tables and chairs, setting up event spaces, preparing food stations, and handling other essential event tasks. You will keep the party going by seamlessly serving meals, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining a clean and fun environment for our guests. You will also be the go-to resource for guests, offering friendly assistance with menu options, dietary needs, and event details. Additionally, you will follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines to keep everything clean and organized, and pitch in with post-event cleanup to get the venue ready for the next celebration.

Requirements

No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm when things get hectic.
Quick on your feet and able to hustle.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience is a plus.
