From elegant weddings to high-energy corporate events across the Twin Cities metro, no two shifts are the same—each one offers a new environment, team, and experience. Hightop Hospitality staffs four catering brands: The Deco Catering, Kafe 421, Sterling Catering, and Green Mill Catering. We work in a wide variety of venues across the Twin Cities metro, so no two events are the same! We value teamwork, adaptability, and creating great guest experiences. We operate a wide range of events throughout the year, with peak activity occurring from May through mid-October. The Weekend Sprint: Consistency on Fridays and Saturdays is a must for our peak wedding season. The Mid-Week Foundation: We are specifically looking for candidates with availability during the Monday–Thursday window to support our corporate and boutique social events.
