The Event Security role at Brookshire Grocery Arena focuses on providing quality customer service to customers, patrons, and employees. This involves establishing working relationships with various stakeholders and assisting with duties approved by the Security Manager, while maintaining a professional image at all times. A critical aspect of this job is the delivery of quality service and positive interaction, including greeting all visitors, vendors, and employees, and upholding standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism. Responsibilities also include maintaining a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations, and responding promptly to emergency alarms or calls for help by determining appropriate actions, notifying authorities, and providing assistance. Post orders for this position may encompass various roles such as Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, or Special Services. The individual must be diligent in safety awareness, understand specific post orders, revisions, daily event needs, and their chain of command. The functions of this role are dynamic and may be expanded upon as requested by the customer.
