About The Position

FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent consumer brands inside Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s, and other big-box retailers during special two-week roadshows. This short-term, high-impact role involves demonstrating products, engaging shoppers, and driving sales. It is designed for people seeking flexible, event-based assignments without a travel requirement, with potential for ongoing assignments.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to use hands constantly and regularly lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds.
• Availability for varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, based on event needs.
• Ability to operate a smartphone that supports Vision App and any other required apps for timekeeping, data and photo reporting, and selling or promoting products.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the designated display, kiosk, or demonstration station inside retail locations.
• Arrange products attractively and ensure promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers in a friendly manner to promote and sell products.
• Demonstrate products and explain their key features and benefits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Use company-required apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately record sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real time through designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
• Follow store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
