Requirements

Event sales experience strongly preferred
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, venues, restaurants, or tourism preferred
Tripleseat experience highly preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to event inquiries and create professional proposals
Conduct welcoming and engaging venue tours for prospective clients
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, client rebooking, referrals, and upselling opportunities
Attend networking events and community functions
Represent Star Lanes Polaris at events (RendeZOO, Fourth Friday, and other community activities)
Guide clients through the event planning process from inquiry to execution
Manage event details including payments, guest counts, and operational coordination
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
