Launch Entertainment is hiring a full-time Event Sales & Experience Coordinator to lead birthday parties and group events. Responsibilities
- Own birthday parties and group events from booking to execution
- Drive event sales, upgrades, and repeat bookings
- Help families plan memorable celebrations
- Upsell party packages, food, and add-ons
- Lead and motivate party hosts and event staff
- Ensure every event delivers an incredible guest experience
- Promote events and help grow community awareness
