About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position involves assisting in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents. Responsibilities include developing a monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, maintaining the resident library, and driving residents to events, including assisting them with entering and exiting the community vehicle.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents.
  • Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
  • Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
