This position is responsible for driving venue revenue through managing a high-volume book of business, supporting sales routines, and elevating sales execution. It requires a balance of personal selling, team leadership, cross-functional alignment, and operational accuracy to achieve predictable growth and a superior guest experience. Due to the nature of a high-energy, guest-facing venue, this role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability for extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
