About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our event sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in coordinating event logistics, managing client communications, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, sales support, or a similar role within the events industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event sales processes from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for event sales.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Schedule and organize site visits, meetings, and event walkthroughs with prospective clients.
