About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is a rapidly growing company seeking Part-Time Event Sales Associates to represent their one-day bath and shower remodels at various events across the state. This role offers a flexible schedule with shorter 4–6 hour shifts, making it ideal for individuals who need to work around school, another job, or personal commitments. It provides hands-on experience in marketing and sales for those who enjoy interacting with people and are looking for opportunities to start and grow their careers.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
• Available 10–20 hours per week (Wednesday through Sunday)
• Open to traveling to local events (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)
• Interested in growth and long-term opportunity

Responsibilities

• Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events
• Start conversations and connect with homeowners
• Schedule free in-home consultations using a simple, proven process
• Help with booth setup and breakdown
• Create a strong, positive first impression of our brand
