About The Position
Shinesty is looking for confident, extroverted individuals to represent their brand at the Minnesota State Fair. The role involves more than just sales; ambassadors will be responsible for engaging customers, creating a fun atmosphere, and managing the booth. Shinesty is known for its outlandish clothing and aims to entertain customers while selling their products.
Requirements
- Retail, event, or direct sales experience
- Quantifiable track record of crushing goals
- Extroverted, gets energy from crowds
- Willing to stand on feet, handle the elements, and grind out long weekend hours
- Reliable, shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of your booth
- Sense of humor
Responsibilities
- Selling: Hooking in foot traffic, pitching our gear, and closing sales like a champion.
- Entertaining: Engaging customers with a smile, a joke, and a positive attitude.
- Booth Management: Handling setup, teardown, and keeping the merchandise looking sharp and restocked throughout the chaos of the event.
- Representing: Acting as the ultimate hype-person for the Shinesty brand in the wild.
