Event Representative
About The Position
Universal Windows Direct is hiring a part-time Field Marketer to represent the company at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs. The role involves engaging potential prospects, sharing current product information and promotions, and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. Representatives also help set up and break down event booths, use mobile technology for data entry, and contribute to internal social media and company culture efforts. The position pays $17–$20 per hour plus bonus, with opportunity for advancement. Expected hours are 20–30 per week. A valid driver's license is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, with a competitive spirit.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
- Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
