Event Representative / Lead Generator
About The Position
Foundry Home Solutions is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking an energetic, outgoing, and personable Event Representative / Lead Generator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent our company at home shows, community festivals, fairs, senior expos, trade shows, and local events throughout the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. Your primary responsibility is to engage with attendees, generate interest in our bath remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for our design consultants. This is NOT a door-to-door sales job, canvassing position, or high-pressure sales role. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality

- Comfortable starting conversations with new people

- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
- Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor events
- Ability to lift and carry event materials up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation with enough cargo space to transport event materials
- Weekend availability required
- No experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and strong people skills.

Responsibilities
- Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events
- Engage attendees in friendly conversations and introduce them to our bath remodeling services
- Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Promote special event offers, contests, and giveaways
- Collect accurate customer information and appointment details
- Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays, booths, tents, signage, and marketing materials
- Transport event materials and equipment to and from event locations
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming event presence
- Help create a fun and positive experience for event attendees
Benefits
- $20-$22 per hour, based on experience
