About The Position

Foundry Home Solutions is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Show Representative / Brand Ambassador. This role involves representing Foundry Home Solutions at various local events such as home shows, senior expos, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings across Minnesota. The position is hands-on, requiring the transport and setup of event materials, engaging with homeowners at the booth, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

• Outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking with people
• Friendly, professional and confident
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Motivated by performance and bonuses
• Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
• Able to work both indoor and outdoor events
• Able to lift and move event equipment weighing approximately 45–50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation with enough cargo space to transport event equipment and materials
• Available to work weekends and some weekdays/evenings

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, promotional or event experience is a plus
• A minivan, SUV or similar vehicle with adequate cargo space is ideal

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at local events
• Transport event materials to and from events
• Set up and tear down tents, backdrops, tables, signage and marketing materials
• Proactively approach and engage event attendees
• Talk with homeowners about our bath and shower remodeling services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
• Collect accurate customer information
• Promote event giveaways, offers and promotions
• Keep the booth clean, organized and professional
• Help ensure events run smoothly from setup through teardown

Benefits

• $15–$18/hour depending on experience
• $25 bonus for each qualified appointment that completes an in-home consultation
• $100 bonus for each generated lead that results in a completed sale
• Opportunity for additional hours as our event schedule grows
