Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with large numbers of guests
- Comfortable using tablets or basic registration technology
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to remain standing for extended periods while performing event duties
Nice To Haves
- Event, registration, hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Assist with registration and check-in
- Verify names, tickets, credentials, or registration information
- Distribute badges, wristbands, or event materials
- Direct guests to the correct areas
- Answer basic event questions
- Keep registration lines organized and moving
- Provide friendly and professional guest service
