About The Position

We're hiring an enthusiastic, outgoing Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys events, marketing, customer engagement, and connecting with people. As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll help support promotional events, community outreach campaigns, and customer engagement activities while representing our organization in a professional and positive manner. No previous promotions or event experience is required—we provide paid training and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events, community events, and outreach campaigns
• Represent our organization and promotional partners in a friendly, professional manner
• Engage with customers, attendees, and community members
• Share information about products, services, programs, and promotions
• Help with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and activities
• Support event registration, customer questions, and attendee engagement
• Create positive experiences that encourage customer awareness and engagement
• Work with team members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Help track event participation, engagement, and promotional activities
• Contribute ideas for improving future events and promotional campaigns
