The Event/Programming Float position supports programming across all Resident Services areas, including employment/workforce development, health and wellness, early childhood and youth programming, digital opportunity, elderly and disabled programming, and resident/community meetings. The Float will collaborate with Resident Services staff and community partners to inform residents about programming and provide coverage for evening and weekend events. Additionally, the Float will support the Reach Opportunity Center by providing front desk coverage as needed and assisting with programming, which includes preparing materials and transporting supplies. This role offers both administrative and direct program support to help residents achieve greater economic independence and an improved quality of life. This is a part-time position (up to 20 hours per week) requiring a flexible schedule for evening and weekend events. The employee will receive a monthly calendar of open events and coverage needs, with additional opportunities arising throughout the month.
