About The Position

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season. As our Event Producer, you will lead all operational and production efforts for HYROX events on the ground. Reporting directly to the NA Operations Team, you will spend your first three months embedding into our world-class event ecosystem, supporting active operations to master our unique blueprint. From there, you will step up to fully lead events alongside our dedicated Event Production team. If you have deep operational experience in mass-participation endurance sports or major outdoor sporting events and thrive when controlling the chaos of a live race day, this is your match!

Requirements

• Proven Event Track Record: You bring solid, battle-tested operational experience leading large-scale outdoor sporting events, endurance races, or mass-participation sports events.
• Natural Leader: You know how to direct, motivate, and coordinate a diverse event production team and external vendors under high-pressure, live-event conditions.
• Solution-Oriented Trackside Resilience: You remain completely calm, authoritative, and fast on your feet when live event challenges arise, finding quick answers as things change on the grid.
• Highly Organized Project Manager: Excellent logistical planning skills, with a sharp eye for timelines, venue blueprints, and resource dependencies.
• Willingness to Travel: You are ready to travel extensively to international event venues, bringing the unmistakable HYROX energy to life wherever we race.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and lead the full execution of HYROX events, serving as the central operational driving force from pre-planning to tear-down.
• Lead the Event Production team trackside, ensuring that race schedules, volunteer coordination, venue logistics, and safety protocols are executed flawlessly.
• Actively support the operations crew during your first 90 days to deeply understand the HYROX event blueprint, transitioning quickly into taking full ownership of your own events.
• Coordinate seamlessly with venues, local authorities, production vendors, and internal teams to build out a scalable, premium athlete and spectator environment.
• Oversee event budgets, resource allocation, and supplier management to ensure world-class delivery while maintaining financial efficiency.
