About The Position

At Kehoe Designs, we don’t just plan events, we create unforgettable experiences. We are seeking an Event Producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics. In this role, you will transform client visions into extraordinary productions by managing every detail from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event production, design, or related creative sales.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in floral, décor, or event fabrication preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop event themes, designs, and styles.
• Create and manage budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Work with creative and production teams to bring event concepts to life.
• Oversee logistics including floor plans, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
• Manage event execution and troubleshoot with professionalism and creativity.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Seek out and develop new business opportunities.
• Cross-sell and collaborate with sister brands: Kehoe Designs Décor, BlackOak Technical Productions, and The Geraghty.
