The Event Producer is responsible for planning, producing, and executing a wide range of public and private events, both externally and internally, at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House. This role oversees the full lifecycle of events—from concept development and logistics to onsite production and post-event evaluation—ensuring exceptional experiences that reflect the historic significance and mission of Ford House. The Event Producer works collaboratively with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality events that support community engagement, earned revenue, and brand reputation. This role works closely with clients to develop and execute a clear vision for the guest experience while ensuring all event details are accurately documented and communicated to support seamless execution. They also serve as the primary point of contact throughout the planning process, acting as a key liaison between Ford House and the Continental Events teams. A strong focus on identifying and securing event upsell opportunities, while maintaining a collaborative partnership with the Ford House team, is essential to support overall event revenue goals and the continued success of the venue partnership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events and competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
