About The Position

E-Logic is hiring an Event Planner to coordinate the logistical execution, venue coordination, badging, and onsite operations for large-scale DARPA technology demonstration events for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and DARPA Science & Technology (S&T) programs initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / No degree required.
• General experience in areas related to event logistics or a professional event planning certification.
• Must be willing to travel to various domestic and OCONUS test locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event site selection, space leasing, vendor scheduling, and venue layout planning.
• Manage registration sites, security badging plans, staff uniforms, catering, and VIP host logistics.
• Perform onsite management during build-up, execution, and tear-down at military test ranges across the country.
