This is a remote position. As a remote Event Experience Planner, you’ll help coordinate unforgettable sports, concerts, theater, and specialty event experiences. If you’re organized, people-focused, and love managing details, this flexible role offers variety and the chance to create memorable moments for clients.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences
- Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations
- Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations
- Provide consistent communication from planning through execution
