About The Position

Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of bar and restaurant equipment, is looking for a creative and enthusiastic part-time Event Planner to join our team. At Glastender, we believe that celebrating our people is just as important as the work we do. As our Event Planner, you'll bring energy and fresh ideas to everything from popcorn days to full-scale holiday parties with meals and entertainment. You'll play a key role in helping our leadership team show appreciation, build connections, and create memorable experiences for employees. In addition to planning and executing employee events from start to finish, you'll also support our Human Resources department with various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A natural people-person who thrives on bringing others together
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, emails, etc.)
- 2+ years of related experience in event planning, coordination, or administration
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for building positive workplace culture
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee events from start to finish.
- Support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks.
