About The Position

Interstate Parking is seeking outgoing, hardworking, and energetic individuals to join their world-class parking operations team for the summer season at the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds. This role is crucial in making the Wisconsin State Fair and other events happen by providing exceptional customer service. The positions require the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a friendly demeanor. Several roles are available, including Cashier, Traffic Director, Van Guide, Courtesy Cart Driver, and Shuttle Van Driver, each with specific age requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have a friendly smile.
  • Must be able to work outside, in heat or cold, rain or shine.
  • Must have a regular valid driver's license with a clear driving record (for driving roles).
  • Must be age 25+ per insurance carrier requirements (for driving roles).

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with parking payments (Cashier).
  • Guide guests to available parking spaces (Traffic Director).
  • Navigate shuttle vans through the fairgrounds (Van Guide).
  • Transport guests within the parking areas (Courtesy Cart Driver).
  • Transport entertainment acts to parking areas/venues (Shuttle Van Driver).
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be pleasant and helpful to guests.
  • Work outside in heat or cold, rain or shine.
