Requirements

  • Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate
  • Passion for women’s sports and the mission of Angel City FC
  • Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with fans, staff, players, partners, and VIPs
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Personable, proactive, and adaptable - ready to jump in and support wherever needed
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be available for the majority of remaining home games.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, production, and teardown of signage, activations, and stadium operations equipment.
  • Support general operations, including parking assistance, staff catering, concourse activations, and pre/post-game experiences.
  • Help execute and support fan engagement activations and activities at Sol Rosa Rally and Fan Fest.
  • Serve as a liaison for vendors, performers, and partners as needed.
  • Facilitate fan and group experiences, including meet & greets, VIP guests, and special gameday events.
  • Maintain a detailed credential and wristband tracking system.
  • Assist with ticket pack and giveaway distributions at gates.
  • Proactively support staff and assist with issue resolution to ensure a safe, seamless fan experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departments communicating with the control room.
  • Monitor all game day radio and Slack channels and prioritize information before relaying it to the Gameday producer.
  • Communicate timing changes and cue adjustments to staff/stage managers.
  • Follow along with the ROS in real time and track segment timing and note any deviations.
  • Document missed elements, timing issues, and operational notes.
  • Print, organize, and prepare materials and perform other duties as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
