About The Position

Florida Window & Door is seeking friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join their Event Marketing Team. This role involves representing the brand at various events such as fairs, festivals, and major retail locations, engaging with homeowners, and promoting impact-resistant windows and doors. The job offers a dynamic and social work environment, with opportunities to meet new people and make a difference by helping homeowners protect their homes. Team members will work alongside supportive colleagues and have the chance to interact with the company mascot, Shelly the Turtle. The position emphasizes an active, social job with varied locations and earning potential.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned events and retail or big-box store locations.
Weekend availability is required.
Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals who enjoy talking to people.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

Sales, marketing, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus.
A positive attitude and strong people skills are what matter most.

Responsibilities

Represent Florida Window & Door at events and retail locations.
Engage with homeowners and start conversations.
Share the benefits of Category 5 impact-resistant windows and doors.
Help schedule free in-home appointments.
Create interest and help homeowners discover the benefits of protecting their homes.
Work alongside a great team in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

Part-time team members can earn up to $500 a week with hourly pay PLUS performance bonuses.
Full-time positions available.
Mileage reimbursement.
Paid hotel accommodations when overnight travel is required.
