About The Position

We are looking for a highly strategic, operationally excellent Event Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our growing global event portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of experiential marketing, pipeline generation, partnerships, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact B2B experiences that deepen client relationships, accelerate pipeline, strengthen partner engagement, and elevate our brand presence across the industry. This is not a traditional event execution role. We are looking for someone who understands that events are business growth channels — not just hospitality experiences. From global industry moments like Cannes Lions and Creator Marketing Summit to executive dinners, sponsored activations, creator experiences, and strategic partner events, this role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can balance strategic thinking with flawless execution.

  • Establish and track KPIs including pipeline influence, attendee engagement, meeting volume, and ROI
  • Deliver post-event analysis and actionable recommendations for future optimization
