About The Position

This co-op role sits at the center of how Milwaukee brings products to life in the field. You’ll support the planning and execution of product-focused events, trade shows, and showcases, helping turn product strategy into real-world experiences. Working closely with the Product and Event Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping teams aligned and events running smoothly, while also leading exciting special projects that help shape the future of Milwaukee’s event marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a post-secondary co-op program.
  • Role requires a Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the length of the term.
  • Must have proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions

Nice To Haves

  • Occasional travel is required (local).

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of product launches, roadshows, national showcases, and trade shows
  • Work closely with Product and Event Marketing teams to organize event-related activities, including internal contests, SPIF programs, trade show activations, and team communications
  • Help ensure teams are aligned, informed, and prepared leading up to key events
  • Lead high-impact special projects focused on researching and evaluating trade shows and industry events across Canada, assessing audience quality, product fit, and return on investment
  • Research emerging trends in product-focused event marketing, including new technologies, merchandising approaches, and engagement tools
  • Create leadership-ready reports and presentations to support future event strategy and investment decisions
  • Develop hands-on skills in market research, data analysis, product storytelling, presentation development, and cross-functional communication
  • Gain exposure to how product strategy, marketing, and field execution come together within a national brand
