About The Position
We're actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a growing company specializing in event marketing, experiential marketing, sales, and customer acquisition, we're committed to creating engaging promotional experiences that build brand awareness and lasting customer relationships. The Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant will play an important role in planning, promoting, and executing event-based marketing campaigns. This position provides comprehensive training in event marketing strategies, experiential marketing, promotional campaigns, direct marketing, brand awareness, visual merchandising, customer engagement, and consumer market research. Successful completion of our training program can lead to opportunities for advancement into a Marketing Team Lead or leadership position.
Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in an energetic, fast-paced event marketing environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in event marketing, customer service, retail, sales, promotions, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Represent client brands at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations
- Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Support experiential marketing campaigns designed to create memorable customer experiences
- Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing and retail promotional events
- Assist with event setup, merchandising, promotional materials, and campaign execution
- Communicate product and brand information clearly and professionally to customers
- Collect consumer feedback and market insights to support marketing campaign development
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals
- Develop strong communication, leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Track campaign performance and contribute to continuous marketing improvements
