About The Position

Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to represent Champion products as a brand ambassador and engage potential clients at events. The role involves canvassing and working at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and other assigned event locations. Marketers may demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products, schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team, and help with event booth setup and breakdown. The position also contributes to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts and uses mobile technology for data entry. The role offers an hourly base pay of $16–$19 plus commission. The posting states that high-performing individuals may earn weekly commissions of $750–$1,500 or more. Pay is determined by factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. Weekend availability is required, and travel is listed at 10%.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
