Event Marketer
About The Position
Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to represent its product lines as a brand ambassador and engage potential clients at events. The role involves canvassing and working at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and other assigned event locations. Field Marketers may demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products, schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team, and support event booth setup and breakdown. The position requires a positive, energetic approach and comfort interacting directly with clients. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $16.00 to $19.00 plus commission. The posting also describes potential weekly commissions of $750 to $1,500 and above for high-performing individuals. Pay is determined by factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. The role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours and walk for 4–8 hours. Travel is approximately 10%.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
- Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage potential prospects at events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.

- Enter data using multiple forms of mobile technology.
- Represent Champion product lines and, when appropriate, demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects.
