Event Marketer
About The Position
Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to act as a brand ambassador and showcase Champion product lines to potential clients. The role involves engaging prospects at canvassing locations, home shows, festivals, fairs, conventions, and other assigned events; demonstrating products when appropriate; and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. The position also supports event booth setup and breakdown, contributes to internal social media and company culture efforts, and uses mobile technology for data entry. The job pays an hourly base of $16.00–$19.00 plus commission. High-performing individuals may earn weekly commissions of $750–$1,500 or more; compensation depends on factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. The role requires weekend availability, travel of 10%, and the ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours and walk for 4–8 hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated, with a competitive spirit.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
- Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
