Event Marketer (Appointment Setter)
About The Position
We are a professional plumbing services company committed to providing reliable solutions for our customers. To grow our reach, we’re looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Marketers We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Event Marketer to represent our brand in the field and generate high-quality appointments through face-to-face engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in public environments, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently initiate conversations. You will attend local events, visit partner locations, and actively engage with potential customers to schedule appointments for our internal team. Success in this role is driven by energy, initiative, and the ability to turn everyday interactions into booked appointments.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills; an outgoing personality is a plus.
- Ability to confidently approach and talk to new people.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Willingness to travel to various field locations
- Comfortable working outdoors and in public-facing environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in promotions, events, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience setting appointments or generating leads
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Represent the company at local events, community spaces, and partner locations
- Proactively engage with individuals in public settings to generate interest in our services
- Initiate conversations and confidently approach potential customers
- Educate prospects on company offerings in a clear, engaging, and enthusiastic manner
- Set and confirm appointments with qualified leads on the spot
- Accurately capture and manage lead information
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments
- Identify and suggest new high-traffic locations or partnership opportunities for outreach
- Maintain a consistent presence in the field and actively contribute to appointment targets
