About The Position

In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events & retail sites. In the office you will assist the Director of Event Marketing with recruiting, hiring, and training Event Marketing Promoters. Duties in the office will include researching and booking events, RSVP locations and potential to develop our retail presence. While out of the office you will be making site visits at assigned events. At the site visits you will do on-site training with Event Marketing Promoters which will include lead generation. A review will be required for every site visit that is made, turned into the Director of Event Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Development and on-site (at events and retail locations) training with current reps 50%
  • In office duties: Interviewing, training, meetings 50%
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and performance-driven culture across all Event and Retail Marketing teams.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Team Lead to help them become a stronger leader.
  • Hold the Team Lead accountable for the overall performance of their assigned market.
  • Work with the Team Lead to identify opportunities and improve team and market performance.
  • Conduct a minimum of two Event/Retail site visits per weekend, totaling at least eight hours in the field, with a target of four site visits per weekend.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training Event and Retail Marketing representatives.
  • Assist with researching, evaluating, and booking new events and retail locations.
  • Ensure all Renewal by Andersen lead-setting policies, qualification standards, and procedures are consistently followed, even when doing so may result in losing an appointment.
  • Maintain a positive and competitive atmosphere among Event and Retail Marketing representatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact and resource for newer representatives while they are working in the field.
  • When necessary, assist with appointment qualification to ensure proper time commitments, two-party commitments when required, and accurate appointment scheduling.
  • Submit a written recap of each site visit no later than the following Wednesday, including observations, coaching opportunities, and any necessary follow-up.
  • Meet weekly with the Director of Event & Retail Marketing to review team performance, upcoming events, staffing needs, and weekly objectives.
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events as needed.
  • In the event of a last-minute callout, the Manager is expected to arrange coverage or work the event when necessary.
  • Provide the Director of Event & Retail Marketing with consumer feedback, field observations, and information needed for event and retail recaps.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent Renewal by Andersen's brand and values at all times.
  • Help maintain at least a Level 3 bonus performance level (5–7 Retail HPD) across the Event and Retail teams.
  • Recognize strong performance while addressing underperformance through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
  • Submit mileage and expense reimbursement forms before the end of each applicable pay period.
  • Ensure event and retail displays, marketing materials, and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
