About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing staff of Event Hosts to ensure client and guest satisfaction for events. The Event Operations Manager will report to the center's General Manager and is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and people skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ Year of Management Experience
  • 2+ Years Banquet Captain
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry
  • Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Amazing people skills
  • Rock-solid communicator whose interpersonal skills are second to none
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts, from weekends and holidays to extended workdays.

Responsibilities

  • Host special events and manage a team of event hosts.
  • Oversee all setup of appropriate areas for events.
  • Collaborate with Sales staff and Operations team to create a seamless event experience.
  • Connect with event contacts to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote a guest-focused approach to hosting.
  • Ensure completion of all event reporting.
  • Utilize guest feedback reports to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
  • Forecast events and schedule event staff using the client database.
  • Counsel and discipline staff as required according to HR guidelines and policies.
  • Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
