Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Event Manager or in a similar event planning role.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget creation and management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our event strategy.
• Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events from concept to completion, including conferences, product launches, trade shows, and internal company events.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are met.
• Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
• Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking all expenses and delivering comprehensive financial reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to promote events and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate all on-site logistics during events to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all attendees.
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
