We are seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and management of experiential marketing activities for our Dew Across America account. This is a full-time TEMPORARY role with an anticipated contract date range of June-November 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for warehousing, shipping, and inventory management of marketing materials and equipment. At times, this role will require assisting in executing experiential marketing initiatives, including project planning. This role requires some travel to events across the country.

Requirements

• Knowledge of experiential marketing
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for business on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert physical effort for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Warehousing, shipping, and inventory management of marketing materials and equipment.
• Assisting in executing experiential marketing initiatives, including project planning.
