We do it all, from corporate conferences to seated executive dinners, and we're hiring a flexible person to deliver magic from the kitchen. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a catering, banquet, or high-volume environment
  • Excellent knife skills and solid knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Exceptional food safety and sanitation knowledge
  • Ability to learn new menus and adapt to event requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs., work indoor and outdoor events, and regularly carry/handle kitchen equipment
  • Strong work ethic, a team spirit, and a commitment to showing up on time every day
  • Reliable transportation to and from events
  • High school degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate innovative dishes according to the event's schedule as directed by the head chef.
  • Maintain a balance between quality, consistency, and punctuality.
  • Uphold high food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with setting up, staging, and organizing the kitchen space during off-site events.
  • Tear down the kitchen space at the end of the event.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, head chef, and FOH staff to resolve any issues and keep the event on track.
