About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an Event Lead to serve as the client's single point of contact on-site for events. This role involves checking in staff, verifying attire and readiness, deploying staff to stations, problem-solving on the floor, and submitting end-of-event reports. The position is part-time and based in Charlotte, NC, covering surrounding counties. This role is crucial for building a 100-person W-2 hospitality team in the Charlotte market.

Requirements

• 2 or more years in hospitality with supervisory or lead experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Nice To Haves

• Captain School graduates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Check in the crew, verify attire and readiness, deploy to stations
• Serve as the client's on-site point of contact
• Solve problems on the floor and escalate when needed
• Submit the end-of-event report and timesheet confirmation
