About The Position

The Event Lead is a designated on-site point of contact for clients at events. This role involves checking in the crew, verifying their attire and readiness, deploying them to their stations, serving as the primary liaison with the client, solving on-site problems, escalating issues when necessary, and submitting end-of-event reports and timesheet confirmations. The Wilkinson Firm operates in Atlanta, staffing events in hotels, conference centers, caterers, and venues across various locations including downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett, and the airport corridor.

Requirements

• 2 or more years in hospitality with supervisory or lead experience
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Nice To Haves

• Captain School graduates are preferred

Responsibilities
