About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join their team as Event Lead Generator Representatives. This part-time, in-person role involves engaging with the community at various events such as home shows, fairs, and retail locations to set qualified appointments for Design Consultants. The company emphasizes craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer experience, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment with a 'No Drama' policy. This role offers a guaranteed base pay plus bonuses for each qualified appointment set and a commission on final sales, with potential for uncapped earnings. Mileage and drive time are reimbursed for events over 20 miles/30 minutes away.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners at local events and retail sites to start conversations and represent the brand.
• Set qualified appointments for Design Consultants, focusing on selling the appointment rather than the windows directly.
• Use conversational skills to address customer needs and build trust.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to improve skills and increase bonus potential.
